Ai Sushi Grill In Colorado Spr

Okay...before I write a review, let's get one thing out of the way. Yes, I'm from California (boos and yelling, I can handle it! . So, I've eaten a LOT of sushi in high to low end places. Quality varies. My wife knows I love sushi (she's CoS native, so hopefully lessens the boos . Decided to take me to AI before seeing a movie next door. Was completely blown away! I'm used to the CA portion sizes, so I ordered what I usually do. MAJOR mistake. Edamame, Miso, a specialty roll AND the sushi/sashimi combo....way too much food. The edamame was great, perfectly warmed and seasoned. The roll (Sexy Girl was incredible. Huge pieces, flavor and freshness off the charts. Then the combo platter came. C...

I've lived in springs most my life ...tried so many restaurants...out of all my experiences AI never fails to to deliver great meal after great meal ....if your looking to satisfy your craving for oriental food hands down I recommend AI ...by far the most consistent restaurant for a great meal that I have been to in springs !!! (and I've been to A LOT !!

12.10.2023 I needed to eat before my 2 1/2 hour movie. I only had 30 minutes to eat. I settled on sushi because I love sushi. Atmosphere was very cozy, food was delicious, and the waitress was phenomenal. I received my food, ate with 5 mins to spare! This will be added to my must stop list when I visit Colorado Springs again.

This is a go to spot for great sushi. Everytime we come here the staff is very friendly and quick with our order. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere you won't regret coming here. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was good, I definitely want to try different items next time. The drinks were really good and I like that you can order from the Hibachi grill without being next to the grill!

Oh my God, this sushi is horrible. It doesn't have any flavor and the calamari is overcooked. Safeway sushi it's better than that

I ordered a roll with crab. The meat still had the shell on it. California roll was a little bland. Gyoza was good
