Aji Ramen (katy) - Réservation de table

The atmosphere and service here has always been wonderful. I came here for the first time in 2019, then rediscovered the place around a year ago and I’ve visited so many times since. I’ve brought friends and family, and everyone has loved it. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and they’re very accommodating to dietary restrictions. There was a server here named Mursal, she was always a gem to have as a server because of the way she was able to break the ice and make the atmosphere comfortable, but also knew my order by heart over time and was attentive to my guest’s needs. Her mindfulness expands beyond just her though, as the manager Jackie is also just as welcoming and mindful.

4 years ago I gave them 5 stars. I'm here to update my review. I always get the original Ramen. The last 3 times I've been there, I found the tonkotsu ramen very bland. Watery, and boring. And they always forget the black garlic oil. I kept thinking maybe it was just an off day. So I tried again, and again. The broth is not the same depth of flavor from 4 years ago.

Absolutely love the food here. People are nice and friendly the food is great! I have been here so many times, and will continue to come here. There has only been one time where they forgot about our food, we had waited for more than 30 minutes, not the best night but still a good dinner. Edit The service was amazing and the food was as well.

We've enjoyed several meals, to-go and sit down. Our kids LOVE the aji tonkotsu and miso ramen; my husband and I really enjoy the kimchi ramen and the spicy miso ramen. The food is so comforting and reliably delicious. Perfect for chilly evenings! The restaurant itself is so welcoming and intimate. Réservez une table maintenant

Thank you very much. Whether in restaurant, or through delivery- they come through with top quality food and attention to detail. Thank you to the lady that taught me about the for breathing chicken sauce- it’s now one of my favorite items.

Their appetizer and small plate offerings are quite good, but I would suggest avoiding the entrees. The ramen and rice bowls here are not up to par for this area.

The chicken karaage was super good and the salmon in the salmon don bowl was surprisingly well cooked with a great crust and delicious teriyaki style glaze

The broth in the ramen stood out. Very tasty. I also enjoyed the special marinade beef skewers.

The food here is amazing. I recommend the Tan Tan Ramen. The employees are very nice.
