Aji Sushi Japanese Fusion

Very fresh sushi and excellent miso soup! Had a sudden craving for sushi and miso soup on a Sunday evening and Aji Sushi really hit the spot! I got the salmon roll which was fresh, slightly sweet, firm but soft and was among the tastiest and freshest I've had! The eel avocado roll was also tasty and fresh, although it was a little light on the eel and heavier on the avocado (avocado was very fresh too). The miso soup was delicious, leaned slightly sweeter than salty and overall perfectly flavorful and savory. Kitchen/Hot foods option was limited on Sunday evening sounded like only tempura options were available. We'll have to come back another day to try their katsu dishes. A great local option for quality sushi!

Looks like they are permently closed. Went there about 3 weeks ago and the doors were locked. Still closed as of topday Nothing on the front door. They just disappeared!

Their sushi rolls are great! Try the black dragon roll.
