Really sad and unfortunate experience, we frequent this place a lot because we are locals but this past Sunday that I decided to take my family for a Nice dinner at Kabuki, this time around unfortunately we got as a server Kayle E. She was the most rude waitress I have ever encountered. I ordered a chicken tempura, from which it comes with a side of a salad and a soup I kindly asked Kayle for an spoon and she replied that we were supposed to drink it like that without an spoon. Me and my friends recently dined at Kabuki Japanese Restaurant in Cerritos and we had an overall fantastic experience. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The sushi was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted rolls that left us wanting more. However, I was a bit sad to find tout hat one of my favorite ramen flavors is no longer available on the menu. While the other dishes were excellent, I really missed that particular ramen. I hope they consider bringing it back in the future. Despite this, Kabuki remains one of my go-to spots for Japanese cuisine. Highly recommend!
The waitress at our table had a poor attitude. Although I understand that delays can happen when the kitchen is short-staffed, it would have been nice if she had communicated this to us. I asked for extra napkins, which never arrived. Eventually, we waited so long for our dessert that we decided to cancel it and request our bill instead. To our surprise, she brought both our dessert and the bill to the table within a minute, dropping them off without saying a word and leaving with an attitude.
We were just looking forward to a pleasant dinner, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant again.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the terrible customer service. One server, Ericka, was particularly unhelpful. Despite my efforts to get her attention multiple times, she simply ignored me and acted as if I didn’t exist. We waited ten minutes before she even asked if we wanted drinks or if we were ready to order. The food selection was average, but the poor service overshadowed everything. I've been a regular customer for some time, but the decline in service has made me reconsider. If this location wants to improve, they need to address the issues with Ericka. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Prices are a bit high. But what Sushi place isn’t. Quality of sushi is great though. You get big pieces and always taste and look fresh. They have Happy Hour so prices are lower. See menu for happy hour prices. Sat at the bar with my son so it’s even a better experience.
Great place for sushi and they do have Ramen and real good chicken teriyaki, but you must try the tempura fried ice cream, we had it with strawberry ice cream, it was amazing
Perfect place for a date night. Food is fresh and delicious! Our go to spot in the area
Food was awesome. But service was not good. Got my ice tea at the end of my meal.
