Aj's Stone Oven American Pizzeria

Fresh Ingredients!. Finally a good pizzeria with an owner that cares! Try the white pizza or any pizza for that matter. Beers on tap, bottled and wine. Great flavors, clean and friendly! I spoke to the owner, Aaron, and he told me the secret is in the cheese. They use 100% quality mozzarella, where most places mix their cheese with other cheeses to cut costs. NOT this place, pizzas come out hot and gooey! They also have a patio, great to sit and people watch! We go about once or twice a week, nice to have this little gem in our neighborhood.

Great pizza. We stayed several times at AJ's and always enjoyed their delicious pizzas. The white pizza is my husband's favorite, while I like it with the Paprikas, thin crust. Very fresh ingredients and 100% mozzarella. Yes, they worked out the bends not to be busy enough, but to give them a break, they were not open very long. I am grateful that we have a nice pizzeria to go here in Woodland Park!

Current fav pizza place. I usually love thin crust pizza, but I made an exception for this place. I tried a sub on my first visit. The supplier was early and super polite. Than stayed and shared a Pepporoni pizza with my friend, and the service was amazing and the fluffy crust was so tasteful. I'm going back!

Very friendly service, got our pizza quickly. There is a huge selection of beer. We have the thick crust and it was almost better than the pizza itself. The ingredients were super freshly recommend this place

Excellent pizza! Great crust, great sauce and plenty of fresh toppings. Would not hesitate to recommend friends.
