When I hear the word 'teppanyaki ', what comes immediately to my mind is sitting around a small BBQ or grill, holding a bowl in my hand and attempting to catch the bits of egg being thrown to me by the chef. Then afterwards I would sit in fascination, watching as the chef cooks my meal in front of my eyes, and I eventually get to savour the dish as it comes off straight from the grill. I finally had my first experience at a Teppanyaki restaurant, and though my experience was not exactly having egg being thrown at me (actually, I did get one piece of egg thrown at me, in which I had to catch in my mouth), a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant is a place all 'foodies ', dessert or savoury, need to...
