Al Caminetto - Réserver une table

What a lousy place! Runned by crooks and a maffia family! Never ever visit this place while you are in Riezlern, Austria. Go to the only other place to eat a proper pizza, called Trentino! Today we visited Al Caminetto with 2 families including 4 children. Once we ordered some pizza and some pasta the youngest waiter came to our table telling that there could only be served small pizza's (33 cm) in stead of big pizza's (40 cm). After changing the order into,the smaller pizza's, it wasn't possible to order any size of pizza anymore. There seemed to be a problem with the only pizza maker in this joint. Some lousy and cheap excuses were made by the staff and we could order something else. Not even a word of this fake pizza maker or a gesture to their guests, excuses were made and that was it. Once we had to pay, we made a comment like the drinks are for free, right? Even this hint that they could still manage the problem (which was solely and only created by theirselves) was not understanded by this overheated family who wants to run a bussiness, but fail poorly in doing so. We told them that they should tell their guest when entering the restaurant that people should be informed immediately and not when they were put to their assigned table. The fake pizza maker seem to be the boss of this so called restaurant and his complete family is working for him, frightened for the actions he and probably his wife will take to the staff (also family). When we made the comment of the free drinks, the wife of the boss ran out the kitchen like a raging bull asking if we had any problem! We told them that we pay and would leave and never ever come back to this place. So people be smart, if you do want to have a fair treatment, go to Trentinto and not to Al Caminetto. Unless you like to be yelled at as a paying customers!

Erst wurde das falsche Bier serviert, bei der zweiten Bierbestellung stand es bestimmt schon 2-3 min am Tresen. Nach ca. 40 min fragt die Bedienung nochmals nach unserer Essensbestellung, da sie die erste scheinbar gar nicht an die Küche weitergegeben hatte. Nach weiteren 20 min des Wartens immer noch kein Essen in Sicht, obwohl Gäste die nach uns kamen, bereits am Speisen waren. Am Ende haben wir die Getränke beglichen und das Restaurant verlassen, da die Kellnerin weiterhin nicht den aktuellen Stand der Bestellung wusste. Selten sowas erlebt...bei schönem Wetter ist der Laden wohl etwas überfordert mit der Zahl der Gäste.Ps: Bei einem anderen Italiener hatten wir anschließend nach insgesamt 15 min bereits das leckere Essen am Tisch!

Zeer vriendelijke en snelle bediening. Waren met ca. 10 vrienden. Iedereen heeft z'n maag kunnen vullen, maar echt lekker was het niet. Ik had een Bolognese waar heel weinig gehakt in was verwerkt. Ze geven wel grote porties. Ligt gelegen tegenover de kerk in het centrum.

Der Wirt war lustig freundlich, die Speisen sehr lecker und eine große Pizza ist wirklich riesig.Volle Punktzahl für einen geselligen Abend in fröhlicher Runde.

Meine besten Empfehlungen dem Küchenchef, selten so gut gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und fix.
