Great food and excellent service at this charming family-owned restaurant. Each table is adorned with tablecloths and cloth napkins, creating a warm atmosphere complemented by dim lighting. My husband and I savored the chicken marsala and pollo cardinale, along with fried calamari, mesclun salads, and warm bread. Everything was delightful, except for a boisterous guest at the next table who, along with his family, seemed oblivious to the concept of proper speaking volume. While this noisy distraction was unfortunately annoying for everyone around, it was not a reflection of the restaurant itself. Overall, I highly recommend dining in New Milford; you will enjoy both the food and service.
Absolutely fantastic! This is undoubtedly the best Italian restaurant in the area. The ambiance was calm and not overly loud, even with a nearly full house. Our server, Michaela, was friendly and attentive, making us feel like we were the only guests there. The food was flawlessly cooked and well-seasoned, and the wine was fresh and delightful. The lemon cake was exceptional! It’s a family-run establishment that provides an authentic and personal experience. A true gem on the green. I will definitely come back time and time again.

Tried Al Dente for the first time last night. Was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. The service was fantastic. We ordered linguini with red clam sauce and Canneloni Al pollo. We were both very happy with our dinners, which came with rolls and salad. Will definitely return to try more items.

Terrific, we'll prepared Italian food. Adequate service. But we won't be back. The dining room is grey and grim. Lighting is cold. Not even a little candle on the table. Too bad.
