Visited on Friday , we got there relatively early. No problem getting a table without reservation. The food was average nothing separate it from any decent Italian restaurant. However the service was slow and not very attentive, given they only have one server and a helper. A few mistakes was make like giving drink that we didn't order and give us the desert when we just finished our appetizers and took away without explanation. Everything was slow , we ended up spent almost 3 hours there. I don't think I will go back.
I had always given 5 stars to this place. However, this visit's experience went totally south. There were two servers with just 5 tables occupied but servers had no attention to details as far as our table was concerned. There was delay in taking order, delay in serving, oil wasn't served with bread, asked for extra cheese and it took them 10 minutes to bring it by which time it was meaningless. Felt as if they were totally not interesred in serving us.
I ordered a plate of pasta Gemelli. Somehow the sauce had too much salt. I told the waiter that I had to scrap off some sauce in order to eat the plate and to tell this to the chef. No a single word of being sorry, not any feedback but a full price check!!! They lost 3 routine customers...
