Customernserivice is great, there is always someone at the front happy to see you and prepare food. Let them know if you want it spicy. Everything about this place was amazing! I ordered online and my order wasn't ready for pickup when I went there but man the staff is sooo polite! And it was all worth it because the food was amazing!! I had a big order of shwarmas from them and each one was so big and the taste was authentic and delicious. The shwarams are well worth the price because they look like Aladdin's magic lamp and the bread and meat are just done perfectly. After working in restaurants for a little over 10years, I cannot express how AMAZING, kind and courteous the staff are at Aladdin. Sooo I ordered for the first time ever from the website for lunch, I thought I'd ordered a delivery. My scheduled time of 1pm came, and no food. I had forgotten to change it to delivery

Fantastic service, great conversation, smiles in a mostly dour city. Beautiful art and a beautiful story as well. I've only gotten the falafel but it was delicious and great value for the price.
