We chose the mushroom tasting menu with pairing and completed it with oysters (recomendable). eight different dishes before desserts that were another three. most of them each with their wine that in many cases was French, unknown but excellent wine and with different flavors. every detail or component of the dishes had a perfect kitchen, up to the weed brizna that included. the service well and the information of the maitre also excellent and complete. with the French cheeses we learned a lot still being amateurs. even the magnificent coffee. The price was already planned on the web. to put a stick I would say that the quantities are rather scarce and that the wine they serve with each dish...
we would like to eat the Honduran menu (84 euros) and accompany it with a pairing (42 euros). all dishes well presented in original form and with quality products and flavors well combined. I can't highlight any in particular, but if I comment on several very well developed funds with excellent flavor. of the various options of pairing in general the wines were correct. the restaurant is spacious, bright with large tables. the staff is attentive and friendly
We took the tasting menu and except the beautiful or the cobbler, which proved very insipid, all the dishes had quality, presentation and originality. It highlighted the merluza, not by simple less delicious, the tomato salad with pesto and the ice cream of spices, simply delicious.
The food is not 5 stars is 10. I thought it was all good. a great warm and a great deal of the product. But the slowness between dish and dish seems exaggerated. In 3 desserts it took more than an hour. I'd have my 5 stars if it wasn't for this slowness.
