Top class ice cream at Alanda 's Gellato! I 've had the caramel crunch, the cherry ice cream, (not all on the same day, you realise? Annnd because I felt I was going over the top a bit on these ices, I then had a grapefruit sorbet! Wonderful! Delicious and refreshing on a hot day! The ones are the really nice solid artisan cones as a matter of course, and you always get a biscuit scooper with the cone! What a treat at a point where you least expect it! Well worth a detour , as they say in Michelin guides! But be warned, expect to queue at weekends and during school holidays!!

The ice cream here is stunning—probably some of the best you’ll find in Scotland. The selection is incredible, and the cherry flavor was fantastic. There's a queue for takeaway service, which means you order and collect at the entrance. I definitely recommend visiting North Berwick!

The food is very delicious, but like many ice cream places, they could offer a smaller, more affordable option for kids. The current 'small cone' is a bit pricey for what children would realistically be able to eat.

Good ice cream in central location. We’ve tried strawberry, salted caramel both good Ferrero Rocher and Kinder Bueno nothing special. We were expecting a bit more for the price. Réservez une table maintenant

Can't beat an icecream from Amanda's when in North Berwick. Great range of flavours that are updated regularly. Had the apple strudel flavour and it was delicious.

The service was very quick, with plenty of staff available to manage the long wait times. I highly recommend the Belgian chocolate.
