everyone is helpful and hard working on Seattle-Tacoma international airport. it is a great place to unwind! I must give a star employee a scream, misty. misty is one of the toughest, sweetest and most politically knowledgeable alaskan airline staff. we went into the lounge to take a light dinner and immediately noticed their work ethic and ability to multitask! she helped my partner and me at the reception, broke to the bar to help her team there, and even revitalized tables to help the crew (all with a smile on her face.) she answered all our asking and wounded even our drinks at the end of our visit we were very impressed and we just wanted to expose the word that she deserves for all her...
I was a lot through seatac, but I was just in this lounge once. in comparison to the alaska lounge concourse d is this definitiw superior. it feels more modern and the seats are more comfortable. it is also less crowded than the concourse d alaska lounge. it is not as spacious as the alaska lounge on north satellite and views are also not as good. eating and drinking were the same as the other alaska lounges. I didn't try the bar as I felt 0630 was a little too early for the clogging, but I saw an old fashion and mixed a **** mary when I filled my water bottle again.
For a flagship lounge it's pretty meh. The food choices are terrible, lacking, and are pretty much snack foods. There is only one packaged salad dressing choice, for example. The salad is lettuce as the only fresh vegetable. For an airline that takes pride in its Pacific Northwest flavors, it's either telling you that the Pacific Northwest only has lettuce or the lounge needs a major update. Skip this unless you have a long layover with no other options.
This lounge has the best runway views! They also have quite the selection of coffees (both self serve and barista made). I have never been in there, night or day, when the snacks aren’t fully stocked and the staff isn’t incredibly friendly. They have an abundance of charging options and plenty of seating. It is great to stop by before or after any flight. The location is extremely convenient to all C Gates. Réservez une table maintenant
a comfortable place to make a break while waiting for their next flight. great view of the arrival and departure traffic and the ground operation. large glass walls offer them an amazing view. their continental breakfast gives them something to satisfy their hangar until they can reach their next goal. for a complete breakfast, they must meet one of the airport restaurants. large screen tw in bar area.
there is a glitch with the app and when they check in, it does not work. the recipe here is rude and treat her horrific until they check dinge and see that they actually have access. the app has great errors for the lounge access, which is not my problem. fix their app and treat their customers better.
