Al-basha Take Out Only

Ordered food for take out. Reputedly happened, paid for the order, Didn't get receipt, Sat waiting for the order for about 20 minutes. The employees attended on us brought food and put it a Ben Didn't even tell us order is ready, in the same time having eye contact with them. Until 20 minutes later we asking why order took so long they said oh it's been ready after searching it's in the Ben, then they wanted us to pay again for it. untrained ignorant employees, their english is terrible. not related to the food business work. Shame, good food handled by them. same applies to the Dine inn place.
