we booked this hotel for 1 night in February 2017, we arrived by train to the hospice station bernina and as soon as I got down there was a snowstorm. We called the hotel to ask how we could climb to the rifiugo as there were more than 80/100cm of snow on the ground.The hotelier warned us that the situation was not the best but the only alternative is to spend 240 of taxis gone and back from diavolezza. we asked for the possibility of having a discount as indicated on booking for the waiver, but we were answered in a derisoria that having booked with booking it was not up to us the discount and that we should have booked with them.
