Beautiful location. Easily accessible and multilingual reception possible. Very friendly staff, but that's where my positivity ends. Mobile broken air conditioner on windowsill with all kinds of cables and hoses. About 80 cm next to the bed. If that thing falls over (I think it weighs about 50 kg) I immediately lie stiff in bed. Literally and figuratively. That thing cannot be adjusted and produces around 65 Db I think. Right next to my ear. The room itself is old (read antique) and very worn all around. The floors/walls/doors full of dirty dust and stains (let's hope not human moisture) I use an oxygen concentrator myself, but the filter will have to be replaced early tomorrow I'm afraid. A...
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Leider sind die Badezimmer eher eng und die Benutzung des Badezimmers für etwas breiter gebaute Personen erschwert. Ich bin mir sicher, dass in diesem Fall aber ein anderes Zimmer zur verfügung gestellt worden wäre. Wir genossen am Abend ein a la carte Menü. Der Kellner hat uns in deutsch sehr zuvorkommend bedient und wir fühlten uns wohl Die nahe Lage zum Monte Generoso ist ein klarer Vorteil des Hotels. Sehr zu empfehlen für Wabdervögel mit kleinerem Budget.
Excellent location for hikes to Mont Generoso, Mont Giorgio or to visit the picturesque village. very warm and friendly staff but the rooms are very basic. I am not so fond of the carpets in the rooms but acceptable for overnight stays. I appreciated the very warm shower after my hikes, and their restaurant.
