Such a cute little place right on the side of the highway. We stopped for breakfast while staying at a local Air BnB and almost all of us got the bagel sandwiches, which were delicious. The donuts at the counter were tempting and looked homemade. In addition, they have coolers with drinks and a variety of chips and bars to serve as an emergency snack later on during the day. There was fairly ample seating indoors as well as covered picnic tables out front. They appeared a little short staffed, so the tables weren't necessarily wiped down (you bus your own table) but the food was solid and came out promptly. Definitely a place that I would come back to, and I'd love to give their lunch option...
Breakfast or lunch this place is incredible better than any diner you 'll find around here for a store it 's got cafe and small town restaurant chops. Only complaint is I Was not happy to hear though that the kitchen closes more than an hour before closing on some days. I worked in a restaurant years ago and I get that it sucks to have to clean the kitchen and everything after hours but if you 're open until 3 you should serve food until 3! If you want to close at 2 so you don 't have to cook after 2 then change the store hours. Staff is friendly and place is really cool and great homey feel.
I arrived an hour and a half before closing on a Saturday. The menu was limited as the kitchen had already been cleaned. The staff did not make me feel welcome at all. I have been to this restaurant many times and have only had an average experience each time. The food was just okay. It's a convenient spot to grab some food or drinks when passing through the area. Don't expect a warm welcome or friendly atmosphere. The coffee will be hot and you may be able to order from the full menu.

Decent sandwiches, good donuts, warm coffee it's great to have a breakfast place close by for sure!N We used to enjoy their soft serve ice cream but that was removed when COVID started which is too bad. I wish they would expand a bit and grow the market part of the store, as that is very limited. Or just go all in on the restaurant half and seating and add a bar? It's lovely and quaint and both halves of the business are almost great but not quite.
My family and I used to enjoy visiting Aldie General, but we are disappointed to find out that they are no longer open on weekends. It was our favorite place to grab donuts on Saturday or Sunday mornings, and there was always a bustling crowd for breakfast. We hope that this closure is only temporary and that they will re-open, especially for breakfast, on weekends.
Great place to stop in for a variety of drinks and the food is delicious for a nice little pick me up! It does close earlier than most places so I would suggest going there for lunch!
The is place is great! It's quaint and the food is good! Stop in on your way out to western Loudoun for a hike, you won't regret it.

Surprising place with Great sandwiches. Wish the market part had a bit more to it. The people there are very nice.
