Petit bistrot bistronomique français moderne et charmant. Des plats bien élaborés et plutôt originaux, tous réalisés avec beaucoup de finesse. Les entrées étaient vraiment excellentes, tout comme les plats principaux. La présentation est également superbe, les compositions dans l'assiette sont magnifiques (voir photos) et le service est très agréable. Seuls les desserts ont été un peu décevants : rien de mauvais, mais ils manquaient de la même finesse que le reste (base de tarte très dure, garniture au chocolat un peu lourde, crème dans le chou un peu trop sucrée, etc.). Cela reste néanmoins bon et régressif, donc ce n’est pas un vrai problème.
Alea a small, bright, culinary spot where we enjoyed an expertly prepared and served 3-course lunch. Each dish and we purposely chose the opposite for the entree, plat and dessert (6 in total) integrated a symphony of tastes, textures and techniques that aroused our culinary curiosity and pampered our pallette.
