Very nice location, nice central and very family-friendly! The food is super delicious and you can only recommend it to everyone. Alex just belongs to Kassel like the Hercules and is to everyone. Many are probably just too shy here and therefore have no satisfactory experience with the waiters. Because since Alex is so popular and full, it is also understandable why the waiters don't see you immediately in the jealousy of battle if you just want to. If you can't wait a second, maybe call the waiter. Then they'll be right there. At least:D
On y va plusieurs fois pour le brunch ... La nourriture est toujours la même, mais on finit toujours par être satisfait de l'expérience ... Il y a salade de fruits pas frais, gâteaux, différents pains, oeuf, saucisse, pommes de terre, fromage, froid coupes, marmelades et etc ... Nous pensons aussi que le prix ... est très juste ... Le service n'est parfois pas aussi rapide que prévu ... Aussi l'emplacement dans le centre de Kassel en très bon
Very nice and attentive staff, there should be something for everyone to choose food. Parking is rather semi optimal, because there are no private parking spaces but if you are in the city this is also not a topic. Enough space and view also okay.
J'ai essayé l'Alex à Hambourg et j'ai été satisfait. Maintenant nous avons également visité celui de Kassel et toujours très satisfaits. Le concept est bon et le personnel offre un service très sympathique et de qualité. Alex est le roi

Friendly staff badly organised. 1 person behind bar for warm drinks. 1 for beer ect....so takes them ages to serve everything. First served was warm drinks 5 minutes later cold drinks ect. No efficiency whats so ever.
tried the alex in hamburg and was satisfied. now we have also visited the in kassel and still very satisfied. the concept is good and the personal offers a very friendly and good service. alex is the king!
