The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food tastes super delicious. The scavenger had a beautiful crippled panade, long not eaten such a good scavenger, but I was really excited about the sauce, finally really many mushrooms in it so that you didn't have to look for them and also tastefully she was the hammer for me. The Roulade was nicely tender, I didn't think the potato puree would fit. The salad could be a little bit smaller/fine cutting, otherwise it was like a side salad. We like to go back. Also the Lemonade has tasted very well and was very refreshing
Location: this place is not on the ground floor so when you’re looking for if you’re in the Nurenberg center square look up on the second level you’ll see in gold letters Alex. Go up the stairs to get to the entrance. Don’t follow Google maps it’ll take you in the wrong direction. Lots of seating options facing the town square, inside the building, and outside the building in the back with a lot more sun. It is very quiet in the back of the building. Lots of food options. Family friendly and worth the cost.
The staff were very helpful and friendly,even it was the Christmas Eve and the place was very busy,we were lucky to find a table after a bit of waiting. The food and service were very good as well. The chicken tikka masala was mild spicy and for me it was just right. Rib-eye steak was around 220g, and it was a bit dry. For the dessert,we took pistachio and berry ice cream and apfelkuchen(I don't know if I wrote correct in German) which came with caramel. Both were delisious. The atmosphere was lovely.
We stayed in Nuremberg 2 x breakfast in Alex. Why because it was just good. The alternative offers as a substitute for brunch were optimally compiled, not necessarily inexpensive, but ultimately worth the price. As far as the “Corona rules” are concerned, they have been super implemented from our point of view. The service was attentive, fast and always friendly. Very special thanks on this way to “our” service on both days, a beautiful wedding and all the good for the common future!

A cozy restaurant dessert place to sit down and enjoy after touring the Nuremberg castle going around Nuremberg. Must tries are the apple pie (generous with apples! and the small pancakes thing (as shown in photo . There is no english menu but the staff is more than happy to translate for you, you just need to ask.
So... We were today for brunch (18 people) It was just brilliant. Food=excellent operation=excellent (we didn't make it easy for them) Would always go back. Thank you for an awesome Sunday
I’ve had almost everything on their menu and it is fantastic. If you can bare the somewhat longer wait time when it’s busy, you will have an amazing meal.
Absolutely delicious lunch. Enjoyed the atmosphere as much as the delicious food and drinks.
