Alex Regensburg

First time we went there was good (burgers were nice), but the second time was AWFUL. The out of stock of a lot of menu items. We were there one and a half hours before our food arrived. When it did arrive, the food order was incorrect. They billed us incorrectly. Worst waitress we have ever experienced, and was the worst part of the whole affair. I complained, not something I have done before because I used to work in the service industry and problems occur, but she was just rude and inattentive. Not recommended.

We had waled round Regensburg in the wet and needed somewhere to dry off and Alex Cafe was very inviting - there's not that many cafes in the old town - The cafe is airy and set out nicely - we wanted coffee - americano and latte however the machine was broken so we settled on 2 americanos's. The cafe wasn't busy and service was quick and nice no issues - we were able to stay as long as we needed which suited us as the weather outside wasn't pleasant Wishing you the best for 2017 and well worth a visit

There's not too much choice downtown in Regensburg, but Alex's delivers on quality and value. Service is fast and the food tasty. Also a great contemporary atmosphere with views out over the main square.

I have been to there twice when I lived in the Regensburg a week ago. I ordered the traditional cake with hot chocolate in the first time. And I ate the breakfast at the second time.

Service was slow. Tables were not cleaned off for you. Food was ok not the greatest. Sit at the bar for faster and friendlier service. A little cleaner..
