I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, so about 30 years, and it’s still a wonderful family place to come to. The food is always good and what you expect it to be. The staff members are all so friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad wait staff experience. The menu is diverse which is nice.For the first time today I tired pancakes with chocolate chips and pecans and it was great. I don’t even like pancakes, in general, but I would recommend those. I also have always loved their chicken lemon rice soup.
The place is dirty. Every table is sticky with a grungy film on them. Floors have garbage and fries on it. They are short staffed and the staff that is there do not know what to do. I sat for ten minutes without water or waitstaff coming. The busboy came and asked how many but I do not know why because he did nothing for us. Waitstaff are nice.
I went in for a quick brunch here at Alex's and i can tell you from the moment i walked in i felt the warm feeling of being welcomed, The waitresses are phenomenal and the pricing of the menu is the best part. I will be taking my crew here for a nice brunch (food is always fresh)

Recently went here for breakfast, and ordered a ham and cheese omelet. It was one of the best omelets I've eaten, thanks mainly due to the very freshcand delicious ham. Service was excellent, too! This was my first time here, but I will be back!
I pass this place all the time. I wanted a BLT. So I ordered over the phone to pick up. Needless to say I got exactly what I wanted and was happy to say my sandwich was everything.
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is incredibly delicious. You can't go wrong with any dish you choose; it's always excellent.
