The apartment we booked through this company was nothing like the description given on the site, in fact it poses a serious health and safety issue (see photos attached these have already been sent to the property and I have been chasing up now for months. As you can see, the absolutely disgusting condition of the apartment was nothing like the photos advertised and therefore constitutes as ‘deceiving advertising’ and a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015/EU Consumer Rights Directive Act 2011. Abbiamo affittato un appartamento in centro a Los Cristianos nell'edificio Playa 24, all'interno dell'angusto Paseo Berlin, presso questa agenzia intorno alla prima settimana di marzo di quest'anno a 550 euro più 40 euro di pulizie. Prezzo ragguardevole nonostante le medie piuttosto alte di Tenerife. Abbiamo accettato perché ci serviva una settimana per concludere la permanenza nell'isola. Giusto segnalare che l'appartamento é vetusto e strutturato in maniera indecente con un unico corridoio che inizia dal soggiorno, prosegue con la camera da letto, la cucina ed infine il bagno. Risultato luce diretta solo in soggiorno e nel bagno. Camera da letto senza finestra se si esclude una finestrella...
¡Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin! Tuve la oportunidad de alquilar un apartamento vacacional en Tenerife a través de esta inmobiliaria y quedé más que satisfecho. Desde el primer contacto, el trato fue muy profesional, amable y transparente. El apartamento estaba impecable, tal como se mostraba en las fotos: limpio, bien equipado y con una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la isla. Todo el proceso de reserva fue fácil y rápido, y estuvieron siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier duda. Sin duda, repetiría con ellos en futuras vacaciones y los recomiendo 100%.
The apartment it self is not bad and the location is perfect if you wanna be close to the sea. But a lot of clients didn’t respect the silence after 22:00 and early in the morning. Also the smell of restaurant under is very bad and comes inside the building all day long… The owner are very kind but wouldn’t recommend if you need to stay for more then a few days.
