Our disabled friend been asked to leave facility within 15 minutes of being there by female bouncer when she was outside. She came back inside upset to grab her stuff and told us it’s happening again! One of our party friends got up and spoke with male bouncer. He came back and told her she can stay but she can’t finish her drink she didn’t even have more than half of her first drink at this point) We all sat there absolutely disgusted and decided to leave this place asap and it’s not only she picked on disabled person but the way our friend was handled was very poor. Visited for a family birthday meal. We were seated next to a speaker blasting music. I'm autistic so my hearing is hypersensitive and even all other members of our party who aren't neurodivergent found it far too loud. One of us went to explain my situation and request we could sit elsewhere or that the music could be turned down. We were told we could sit elsewhere, but the number of speakers meant that any other table was just as loud to sit at. I can't really say this place is truly accessible with how dismissive staff were. The prices were pretty steep. The cocktails were nice though, as was the calamari. Had breakfast this morning. Deeply disappointed. Everything on the plate bar the sausages was luke warm. The mushrooms were badly burnt and cold. The avocado on toast was spread on thin like butter. After an amazing breakfast last week at switch I will give this place a miss in future. The 2stars are for the smoothy, it was good. Not likely to try again as it made me quite unwell.
Was at a bottomless with my friend Claire and we had the best time with our waiter Mason! He was on the ball, super friendly and made sure we were happy and attended throughout. I cannot recommend this place enough if you have Mason as your waiter, it is top tier level service!

Had a great evening out here with a few friends. Staff were friendly and attentive (Especially Sean). Drinks are reasonably priced. Food was tasty and didn't take too long to come out. Toilets were clean enough. I will be coming back when I next visit Reading.
