I really can't explain how good the experience was. This was our first time in Lisbon and first time at Alma and between the food and the service, it will be a tough one to ever beat. We ordered al la carte, but when the server heard we had not yet had cod on our trip, he pulled the cod option from the chef's menu so we could get a true taste of the traditional preparation. The mystery box contained one of the best little bites we've ever had, and the ocean dessert and the wheel dessert were beyond special. Every bite was spectacular and gave you a little taste of Portugal. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. They surprised us with a little something for a belayed birthday and answere...
Beautiful sophisticated experience. The staff were like a well trained orchestra in the way they welcomed you, professionally and proudly described each dish. The sommelier was charming and recommended a superb Puligny Montrachet. We had two bottles! We went for the seafood tasting menu. Amazing. Maybe too many pre pre dishes. A lot of pre starter and pre dessert dishes. I think they should cut one or two. There are too many! You’re too full to have any space or enjoy your sweets. It wasn’t therefore a case, as Shakespeare would say, all is well that ends well! I’d definitely go back. Really, the ambiance everything a treat!!
Nous avions une réservation et nous avons finalisé avec alma la date et l'heure convenues pour le dîner. Bienvenue à la hauteur de cette classe d'établissement dans un cadre raffiné. Nous avions choisi le menu de dégustation, costa et alma avec des vins qui nous ont permis de goûter et de partager toute une gamme de saveurs. Au lieu d'essayer une longue description, nous disons que nous avons préféré le menu Alma. Gardons le professionnalisme de toute l'équipe du restaurant. Il n'y aura pas de photos de la vaisselle, on déteste cette mania. On reviendra, mais ce sera pour un menu mémorable.
A melhor experiência que já tive! Muito bom mesmo.<br/>Atendimento de excelência, e a comida é de babar por mais. Nunca vi nada assim.<br/>Quando falo do Alma a alguém até tenho pena de contar a experiência, porque não quero estragar a surpresa! Tento apenas dizer que foi óptimo e que temos sempre direito a uns miminhos inesperados pelo meio da refeição!<br/>As porções não são muito grandes, mas é o habitual neste tipo de cozinha. Ainda assim, achei que foram as mais adequadas de todos os restaurantes do género que já experimentei!<br/>Gostei muito mesmo, e espero um dia voltar! Réservez une table maintenant
