On arrival the check in was friendly and efficient and I was given an up grade a better view apparently. The view was spectacular and there was a nice balcony although it was not the time of the year to enjoy it. My room was very comfortable with out being grand pine furniture and white sheets. There were nice extra touches such as a plate of fruit, a rubber duck and a ruck sack you could borrow if you needed. The bed was super soft, however as with most places in Switzerland ever thing has a tendency to be over heated. The bath was big decoration was a little tired in the bath room. Unsere Telefonische Reservation hat bestens geklappt und wurde uns via e-mail bestätigt. Das Restaurant befindet sich paar Stockwerke unter der Reception, man wird dort hin begleitet und vom Servicepersonal begrüsst (sehr persönlich und aufmerksam). Die Einrichtung sehr klassisch, eher vornehm. Wir haben das Gefühl gehabt als ob das Publikum ausschliesslich aus Hotelgästen bestehen würde. Wir waren auch mit Abstand die Jüngsten der Gäste und die Einzigsten mit Kleinkinder. Auch als Allergiker bin ich bei einem 5-Gang Manue auf meine Kosten gekommen. Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen!Wir haben eine Suite bekommen mit allem drum und dran. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles sauber! Unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Das Personal extrem nett und das Essen hervorragend!Der Spa mit Garten wundervoll...wir kommen wieder: Réservez une table maintenant
