Not my first visit here and won,t be my last......quaint Swiss chalet type restaurant to be found at the very far end of the village.....on the verge of the forest.....so perfect place to stop for a refreshing drink or plan to have your main meal...of the day here. Bus from the village or a nice 15 minute walk from the centre. Lovely Swiss music greets you and the menu is very varied......the Alphutte Rossi is a must . Staff are so friendly and it is easy to relax and enjoy without any fuss .
Returned after a 12 year break of saas fee to be pleasantly surprised with how amazing Alp Hitta still is. The food (Raclette) was outstanding, the staff were helpful and attentive. The young lady serving us gave us a lot of information around the Alp...hitta and the village whilst also taking time to discuss her ski teaching with so much passion! If you’re looking for a traditional Valais place to eat this is not to be overlooked! Love it ! Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I had been hiking and were pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant. We enjoyed everything about our meal here, The food was excellent and we had a fun conversation with the owner. We enjoyed a lovely traditional meal at a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the music. We were seated in the loft area. It was very small with 3 tables and sloping ceiling. We liked the fact this place...was a little out of the way and different. There was a great atmosphere.
This place is very typical. Located at the far end of the village, it is worth the walk. Touristic, of course, but still heartly and sincerely welcoming. Live music; the holder plays some songs all over the evening!
We ate well in this restaurant. The waitress was very smiling and friendly. The fondue was good! prices are correct against other Saas-Fée restaurant that practice unbelievable prices. Good address, we'll be back!
We came to dinner one evening in the week with Swiss friends, we were delighted by the nice decor of the restaurant but also by the quality of the meal and service, we will come back to dinner with great pleasure. Réservez une table maintenant
