I'm so glad I found this resort for our group of ladies. The location was perfect, the staff was fabulous, the cottages were super cute and the beds were comfy, and even they offered go cart service to the cottages and also into town. One of the members in our group wasn't feeling well and the staff went above and beyond and picked her up from a dinner location when we went into town to eat. That was incredible service so that we all didn't need to leave to go back when many in our group were hungry. Thank you for the amazing/memorable weekend that you gave us. We went to Burtons on the Bay and had drinks there and our bartender was friendly , and quick with his service to us and was so nice...
We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The only downside was that I got stung by a bee just 15 minutes after we arrived. However, we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would absolutely stay there again. As for the accommodations, the cottage had been recently remodeled, was very clean, and featured a lovely mix of antique and modern decor. The location was great too; the cottages are within walking distance to Burton's and the waterfront. Overall, I would give the rooms a rating of 5 out of 5.
The restaurant boasts a stunning location with beautifully maintained grounds. Each staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. We attended a wedding and stayed in the newly remodeled cottages, which still retain their old-world charm, complete with unique features and quirks. While the hotel section is undergoing renovations this summer, we would likely choose to stay there on our next visit. This place is definitely worth a visit. Room rating: 4.
I came here for a wedding this past September, and it was gorgeous! The staff was awesome, Debbie ended up giving us a ride back to where we were staying at due to partying too hard. Was very surprised at this piece of property. Most resorts on wedding days tend to be short staffed on wedding days and this place went above and beyond not to mention all the cabins and bathrooms were very clean. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
