Alquimista Coffee Lab

OMG!!! Never have I tasted a coffee so smooth, non acid, light roasted to perfection. Mariela is the owner, and roaster of Alquimista Coffee I learned so much from her as she told me about her own Alchemist journey in the world of coffee. All the way to the farmers in the many countries she works with. She has a passion that shows in the coffee she roasts. I got 3 bags while I was there. What to do when I get back to the USA and my coffee is gone??? I also went every day to Utopia Cafe near where I was staying in the center of Sevilla. Pepe only uses Alchemista coffee. If in Sevilla this is a must try for any coffee connoisseur.

El café espectacular, tambien se puede llevar molido a casa. La terraza es muy agradable y las tostadas muy elaboradas. Se nota la calidad!! Buen trabajo!! El servicio es de 10, todo el personal muy atento y agradable, auque este no es el típico bar donde vas con prisas, lo elaboran todo el momento, los gofres tortitas, etc. Es para ir a disfrutar. Vuelvo siempre que puedo!!!

One of my best restaurant experiences in Sevilla ! Perfect breakfast to start the day. It is so nicely decorated and thought out. Enjoyed the quiet terrace surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. Everything is cooked with goodness, and the coffee... as good as roasted with love. 100% recommended !

Sitio tranquilo, con muy buena atención (incluso lleno y apartado de los coches. La carta con muchos tipos de bebidas (te, infusiones, batidos... , muchos de ellos son raros de encontrar en locales de este tipo. La tarta de zanahoria buenísima y el gofre una gozada. Muy recomendable! Réservez une table maintenant
