i definitely recommend this place . An all day authentic English breakfast restaurant . I loved the interiors as well . Walls with huge posters of cult movies with soft lighting just right to dine and relax . Staffs are so so so friendly . I tried food here for the first time yesterday and surprise ... went today as well .. Food staff cost and interiors .. everything is just so inviting .

This family-friendly cafe, owned by Al, offers delicious food and has helpful staff. They also provide free WiFi. The only drawback is the limited parking, but you can park in one of the main car parks nearby, like Vicarage Fields across the street from the cafe. I highly recommend this place as a spot to relax and refuel during your shopping trip, or for a tasty brunch in the morning.

Used to eat in here years ago when I lived in Barking was back in the area so thought I would see if it was still around. It is and still offers great breakfast and lunches and does real bubble and squeak. Top notch. Would totally recommend

We make sure to visit Als at least once a month for a special treat. The food always impresses us, and the staff is delightful. I've suggested it to both my coworkers and friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
