We've passed by Al's Drive-in American and Chinese many times, and the combination of American and Chinese cuisine is quite an unusual pairing. The slogan "Come as you are or eat in your car" is certainly intriguing. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience; on the American side, they offer hot dogs, hamburgers, and fried catfish, while the Chinese side features fried rice and stir-fry dishes. I found the fried catfish to be exceptional, with a flavorful cornmeal breading and tender meat. The hot dog was boiled and had a nice natural casing.
