It is such a natural setting..... from Roula, who is the best server I've ever encountered to the restaurant manager who educated you on the establishment and just makes you feel at home. I had a fantastic experience at Al's. We parked in the back, where there are four parking spaces available. Although they have a lovely outdoor seating area with a covered tent, we chose to sit indoors in a booth because the weather was a bit chilly. My dad and my two sons accompanied me, and we all decided to order the same dish—the two-egg breakfast—tailored to our liking. It came with a choice of either grits or hash browns, as well as toast or pancakes. The food was delicious and arrived quickly from the kitchen. I almost finished the entire meal in one go! Our server, along with several other staff members, were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
HORRIBLE Our food was delivered with NO SEASON no flavor at ALL. I CALLED because I just knew there had to be something wrong! I was told by two people, one including the son in law of this 50 year establishment, that they do not season the food! You haveto request your food to be seasoned Im knowing this to be a lie because I checked the reviews before I ordered and all the foodlooked well prepared and had decent reviews but im thinking now it maybe friends and family leaving them. The only decent thingwas the toast that they barely scrapped butter on. We are not into throwing food away but I wouldn 't even feed this to thehomeless. Do better!
