Very unfriendly treatment! First of all, we were told that baby troller should be left outside the restaurant. It 's insolently, should the visitors hold their newborn children in arms??? I 'm not telling about the fact, that impaired persons on wheelchair will not be able to visit the restaurant because of the stairs. Secondly, the first question that waitress asks are you here to eat or to drink? . If you came to drink, you will be refused to visit the restaurant! Imprudent treatment, they tell you can visit some other cafe to drink Dudes, you should learn more about hospitality! If you dont want be treated like garbage never visit this place.

Location is good. Food is delicious but the service is terrible! It was rainy and getting cold but we were not allowed to change tables. Very unfriendly and a pity because the rest was good. They do over price a few euros because of the location but the food is good. By the way, if you want a drink after 4pm and don’t want to eat, you are not welcome…..

Food basic, but satisfying. Place beautiful and the terrace view absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, all outside tables are smoking tables so impossible to enjoy it with children.

Nice place for a decent meal. Typically German food with authentic dishes. The view directly on the Castle Burg Bentheim is very nice.
