First, get a reservation! The restaurant was packed both times we stopped by to eat (both week nights). On the first visit there was a bit of space available in the basement which has a charm of its own (barrel vaulted ceilings, copper piping from...the beer tanks upstairs, and a very unique men's bathroom...where else can you pee into a beer keg Later in the evening the basement area is closed and guests are re-positioned in the upstairs dining rooms. On our visit there was absolutely no space available but the beer garden was empty and with one of the propane heaters was a great spot for dinner and beer. we always like to go to the brewhouse. the service is really on zack and has always the clear and is always friendly and fast also with full garden. big lobster for all! eating has taken a while, but that was still okay. the salat came to the main course with the main course and not before. not really dramatic, but uninhabited. the food itself very delicious (haxe and carving with green sauce.) the star debris is available exclusively for the so-called “foot potatoes”. they were very tasty and after the old cooking tradition cut into slices and with speckle and wimp. only this time unfortunately came small potato with court that were fried in the pan, so I would not have ordered it or paid i...
I have been living in oberursel for over 30 years and have been visiting regularly since then, although in larger distances, the brewhouse. there are changes in terms of price performance, quality and offer, in the last 2 years almost always, at each visit. Sometimes I am completely satisfied, and then again less. prices have risen, which is sensible due to increased purchase prices. which makes me feel more disturbed that they have deleted the potato pan from their menu. a question of the waiter to make this order nevertheless remained unsuccessful. if they want bratkartoffel, then only together with meaty, bigger dress that I find unacceptable service-technical. what is so difficult to use...
eat the atmosphere great, also really delicious, petty-bourgeois cuisine. and salatdressing not 0815 but really delicious and with love. also the self-bright beer has cost me well. were here for the second time and we like both the restaurant and the beer garden! we like to come back:

Amazing setting. A building constricted in the century yet quite current as it is well visited. A great place to sample a good home brewed traditional beer. Just amazing. The food what you would expect and prices are adequate. Lovely place. Will come again.
Love the place with genuine German food and drink! The servers are very helpful and it looks like a well-loved local restaurant bar (beer garden). Sunny day with a friend having a afternoon drink and lunch is so nice! Would definitely come again!!!
Great to sit outside in the beer garden area with heaters to keep you warm blankets. Great beer, great food, great pretzels they also had a fantastic Oompah band! Great place to relax with friends who want to experience a real German Brauhaus....
I already wrote about this place once, and so I won´t repeat myself about the good aspects. I take visitors here regularly....the past few times I´ve been I had the impression that the kitchen was consistently good. The beer was splendid.

it is in the center of the city with quite large and beautiful farm for eating and drinks. own brewery. service was good, too good that they would push a little.
We had a tasty meal in this traditional pub/restaurant, but nothing that wowed us. Service was great and staff friendly. Portions were more than enough.
