We were there for breakfast with some colleagues. It was a great atmosphere, on time at 10 a.m. the door opened. The building is very old, but completely beautifully decorated. Everywhere you can discover things that are lovingly designed as decoration. Small rooms, typical country house. We expected a covered table, coffee was already ready in small boxes. The breakfast buffet was already built, there was a wide selection of cheeses over sausages and fresh fruits as well as vegetables and salads. And, of course, rolls. Stirring was also brought a little later. Everything super fresh and regional but high quality. The owner has always convinced herself that everything was right.
It was very delicious! Screw the time a little back and drop into the so-called “good old time”. She expects an original ambience that we liked very much. Everywhere you discover past. We stayed there for breakfast and were pampered with treats all around. The location is nicely quiet, the building original and the owner warm. On pre-order you can also have deliciously sounding lunch, which we could unfortunately not perceive. Definitely recommended. Thank you for the nice time!

I was in the Old Meierey Black for breakfast and the table was already covered at our arrival. There were delicious, partly self-made things. If vegetarians are there, it would be nice if sausage and cheese were separated, but otherwise everything was perfect and also the coffee tasted very good.
A secret tip. Was there for the second time for breakfast today. Just fantastic! Breakfast leaves no wishes open the very best the super nice owner bakes the best gluten-free rolls I have eaten so far! Important for booking gluten-free breakfast table!

The coffee from the historical porcelain of Melitta is sensational and the cake tastes very good! We like to stop here with our bikes.
