Good Franconian food, great menu, but unfortunately on the day of our visit a terrible service. A very friendly gentleman but we have approx. 20 minutes waited and had to ask 2 times until we were observed and our drinks could order. After dinner we sat about 30 minutes before empty glasses until we finally paid and left. The Lord was completely overwhelmed with 4 tables. Unfortunately, not the good food but the bad service is remembered. Very bad!
We were now twice there unfortunately were of 10 people 4 of us very disappointed the chop was tough and without taste the cordon bleu was flat.The pommes too hard and without taste. What I need to complain is that the full price of food is required, even though one has ordered only a part of the food. Or order a changed food that is then even more expensive than listed in the card.

Great hotel, good location, the rooms were clean and adequately furnished. The staff was always very nice and accommodating! Breakfast and also dinner were very delicious. I can only recommend the hotel! Réservez une table maintenant
We were invited to a birthday party in the old nailsmith. Ambiente top, very, very good service. Food a dream. All-round satisfaction.Parking: Right at the hotel and restaurant in the backyard parking.
