Nice surroundings, traditional 'Fachwerk' architecture.Efficient and agile service, you feel their experience.It was May, so we took fresh asparagus with hollandaise sauce: excellent choice!The Schnitzel (pork) though, didn't meet the expectations.Very nice, unfiltered beer.A bit expensive for a popular place.We shall come back, though.

Wie sind jährlich für drei Tage in WOB. Zum Abendprogramm gehört seit zwei Jahren ein täglicher Besuch im Brauhaus. Leckeres Essen, hauseigene Braukunst, für jedem Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Essen ist richtig lecker. Die Bedienung ist schnell und vor allem auch freundlich. wir kommen wieder!

after a great game of wfl wolfsburg we had to feed more than men and women. a hard job? Not at all to bring her to the old brewhouse in fallersleben. an excellent buffet was prepared for us and not to forget the wonderful beer.

Die Speisekarte ist im Gegensatz zu früher umfangreicher geworden. Essen gut und normale Preise. Leider sitzt man auf den rustikalen Stühlen nicht so bequem. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
