wij hadden een helped pension geboekt in een ander hotel in bad sassendorf. aangezien we daar niet goel tevreden were, via tripadvisor naar gasthaus bilke gegaan. hiervan zeker geen spijt; we daar niet eerder heen zij gegaan. hele ruime porties. zeer vriendelijke bediening en ook nog erg lekker gegeten. lekker warm brood vooraf. helaas was de kruidenboter veel té hard. door het warm brood smolt het wel, maar dit was never handy. zalige salade, heerlijke dressing. hoofdjust ruim voldoende en erg lekker. wijn is redelijk aan de prijs.
