the first impression from the ruderhaus was first very good! beautifully located in the first row on the Rhine. that convinced us. if the ambiente is so correct, eating it cannot spoil;-) the operation, at least our operation, best on zack and very friendly. we used a lukewarm summer evening for an evening meal in the beer garden on the Rhine. we were also satisfied with the service. Located next to the Rhine and the Nibelungen bridge, so you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by. Menu is good. However, customer service is really very poor - its like customers are an inconvenience, e.g. we ate on terrace and they wanted me to pay cash because she didnt want to fetch the card machine - in the end I had to go inside to do it but she didnt like it.
great location right on the Rhine. had sat to two on the terrace and a magnificent view. the food (wurstsalat and burger) was good. delicious beer varieties rounded off eating. we had a friendly and attentive service that had time for a little chat. both the terrace and the beer garden are always worth a visit in summer. in the garden is self-service.
