We were happy enough to be in the bar area restaurant in a beautiful corner table with open view over Hinterglemm and illuminated night skiing. Far better than in the restaurant for our family without a view. We were supervised by the arrival of Mihalis, who made us all drinks and cocktails at the bar that were excellent in their own right! We then had the amazing raised seating table in the corner of the bar area for us 5 diners. Whole restaurant menu naturally in this area, its not bar food. Appetiser of Bread, while we waited for appetizers, it is not only bread trust me, worth every penny for parma ham, butter and olive oil dip. Booked Altitude for the first time for daughters birthday, an on line booking for a Tuesday evening.....not remember Tuesday was sushi night! (Nothing was wrong with sushi, but was for the steak! . Get a text the next day of Verena check that we knew it was sushi night, the booking was slightly changed by Verena to another night. Guessing that it was my daughter's birthday and after a nice meal with great service we were then presented with a beautiful birthday cake, so a nice personal and very appreciated touch thank you. We will definitely return during a future visit
I went there for dinner Had tomato mozarella as a starter and the salmon filet for the main course. (sadly forgot to take a pic of the salmon before i started eating it just looked too delicious.! The food, the service, the ambience and the overall experience was immaculate. If anyone wants to have a relaxing evening with a really positive mood i can really recommend it. Will definetly visit again
Excellent service from all who helped us; nice welcome. Good varied menu, the Ceviche was great, and our steaks perfectly cooked with delicious frits. Chocolate Cake Dessert was a delicious end to our meal. Good selection of local wines. It was an expensive meal €279 for 2 incl. Aperitif, 3 courses and wine), but it is worthwhile for service and quality.

Service und Service waren ausgezeichnet; wegen der Ferien war es sehr überfüllt im Hotel und in der lokalen von den Hotelgästen ein wenig turbulent. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Preise waren gut. Das Restaurant befindet sich direkt im Herzen von Hinterglemm. Zu jeder Zeit, danke.
the restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the hotel adler. the service and service were excellent; because of the holidays it was very crowded in the hotel and in front of the hotel guests a little turbulent. the food was excellent and the prices in order. which is located directly in the heart of behindglemm. an absolute disappointment. Rumpsteak was terrible. burger was hardly ok. the waiter was so far. price too high. tonight we ate at wiesenegg retaurant ten rims better in terms of food taste and quality 1/3 of the price.

For a hotel restaurant this was very upmarket. We had steaks, burgers and lamb and all were delicious. Excellent service, quiet but good atmosphere. We would have gone back if we had had another night!
