We had reservations for a Saturday at 5pm. We were running late 15-20 minutes, we called them to let them know and they were very accommodating. We picked seats at the bar to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen and it was a great experience! It is a set menu and roughly 2.5-3 hours experience but highly recommend! This is one of the most creative and inventive restaurants I have been to. We enjoyed the variety of seasonal ingredients and the unique flavors in the tasting menu. We sat at the counter where we could watch the preparation of all the dishes. The staff were attentive to my partner's allergies and seamlessly served him something else that was equally delicious.

There were several courses of food, but almost all of them were hits. The somelaire paired the wine with the meals very well. Price is a bit high for a resteraunt with shared tables. Would recommend this establishment for once in a while dining experiences.
In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Seattle. The food is creative and made with locally sourced ingredients, and it is absolutely delicious! This is a perfect choice for a special occasion dining experience.
Wonderful 11-course surprise menu with superb wine pairings. We had a wonderful evening and it was on par with our previous anniversary dinners at Le bernadin and Victoria Albert’s. Top notch.
