Unfortunately, we cannot evaluate the hotel as we had to cancel our stay due to illness. The 5 stars are for the very iconic cancellation conditions of the hotel despite booking via a well-known platform. Ms. Haller was very friendly on the phone and took care of the handling in no time. We will certainly refresh our weekend and look forward to staying at such a customer-oriented hotel.

Staff are of an overwhelming kindness, courtesy and helpfulness (without being too urgent). Chabelis is a special example at the reception. “Thanks for your lottery service through the street jungle.”
