Wir gehen jetzt nun seit bereits 21 Jahren in diesem Lokal essen und wurden noch nie entäuscht. Der Salat ist der Hammer und das Dressing fantastisch. Auch alle Hauptgerichte und Nachspeise über die Jahre getestet und wir müssen alle sagen KLASSE! Am lustigsten ist es immer am Wochenende, da dann Kellner Ali da ist. Mit ihm kann man sich gefühlt in allen Sprachen unterhalten und er hat stets nen lustigen coolen Spruch auf Lager. Aber auch der Sohn vom Chef ist immer gut drauf und die "bedienung" der Tische geht immer schnell. Echt eine Empfehlung für einen gemütlichen Abend mit leckerem Essen. I was looking to eat somewhere in the mountains while I was staying in town. I had read previous reviews of this bar and I was not disappointed, the portioning sizes were good, an enormous scavenger, with fries and a teller salat, very filled. the beer was also good, try malzbier, I like it. the service was excellent and I could on my limited german without problem it was so good when I came back in the first night. if there is a group of them, I would suggest booking a table especially at the weekend. highly recommended and if I'm back in the mountains, I'm back.
Lived in Wegberg for about 10 years and every time we visit it feels so special. The menu is a little bit restricted and It believe it does the place an justice. The complementary bread dripping and salad feel like a meal on their own....All the main courses are of a large portion but a really good quality. The only negative is if you change a choice within your meal you pay the same price as an extra portion not a change. We have taken dozens of friend to this restaurant and not a single complaint. If you are near Wegberg this is a must.
Das "Stöckske" ist die erste Wahl, wenn man in Wegberg gut bürgerlich essen möchte. Die Steaks sind richtig gut aber auch die saisonalen Gerichte sind hervorragend.Auch wenn das Ambiente mehr an eine Kneipe als ein Restaurant erinnert, so ist dort urgemütlich.Am Wochenende muss man auf jeden Fall reservieren, sonst wird es schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Gutes, reichhaltiges Essen in uriger Atmosshpäre. Alles lecker egal ob Standardsortiment oder Saisonkarte. Gehen seit Jahren dort hin. Immer alles OK. Egal wie voll es ist. Gerne wieder.
