The worst meal I have been unfortunate enough to experience in Spain. Extremely disappointing. I have eaten in Autostrada cafes to general tapas bars and high end restaurants. The 20 euro fixed menu is forced upon you serving mass pre prepared food like a canteen. Raw sole fish that none of our group of 5 could eat. The waiter was pleasant and it was quite clear he felt embarrassed to be serving us such poor quality food that was listed as 'gourmet '. The owner just said he was sorry and agreed that the fish was not up to standard but regardless made no effort to discount our bill. Shame for them as a couple in our party are regulars of the area and will certainly not be returning nor recommending.
... we thought that a bottle of wine was included with the 'two dine for €30 ' deal turned out when the bill arrived that it was not the case. We had a lovely evening, though there was more plate than food on it. Small portions of tasty food, attentive waiter service. As usual in Spain the measures of alcohol are done by the second and not by the gil/ml etc, I think they had a 4 second pour here (many bars can be up to 7 seconds! . There was music and dancing. I had to laugh when I realised the singer was introducing Diana by Paul Anka my original understand was that he had said Pollanka. Nice evening, but for what actually arrived on the plate overpriced.
This was our first visit of this year, (always been excellent in previous years) and it didn't disappoint. We had the menu of the day 18 euros each 3 courses and inc wine. The food is delicious, the service first class. Booking over telephone no problem, their English is good. The restaurant itself is lovely, although we had a table outside by the pool, there is also comfy outside seating for a pre dinner drink. We are on Urb Camposol and transport to and from restaurant is provided free of charge for 4+ people. Thoroughly recommended.
Have been here 3 times now and it never fails to please. The music and themed evenings are great. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We paid 20 euros for a set menu of 3 entrees, main course, dessert, bread and half bottle of wine per person. Amuse was given at the start of the meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can choose to sit inside that has large floor to ceiling glass partitions or better still on a warm evening, dine by the pool which is lit up, as is the garden area.
