Additionally, I was served quickly (though I didn’t order much), and the person at the register was very welcoming and relaxed. Everything was fantastic; there wasn’t a single downside. A couple of extra notes: the food truck is not wheelchair accessible, but there’s ample seating and a large overhang above the register for rainy days. The tacos weren’t the biggest I’ve had, but they were certainly larger than your typical street taco. They also had a few other vegetarian options, including burritos, as well as one other item I can’t quite recall.

The service was fantastic—super friendly and chatty staff made the experience even better. The ambiance is very casual, with some seating available which is a nice touch. We enjoyed eating our tacos there. While there aren't designated parking spots, there's enough room for a couple of cars to park nearby. I loved the tacos so much that I will definitely be back. If you haven't tried this place yet, you should definitely give it a go!

This taco truck has quickly become a family favorite. The best thing about it is that everything is surprising in the best possible way! When you visit a taco truck, you typically expect the carnitas, asada, and other items to taste quite similar to those at other trucks, but at Ambakity, each dish has its own distinct flavor, and it's simply delicious! This place serves incredibly tasty tacos and impressively hearty tortas. Situated in a nice area of Bothell, it’s an ideal stop for a satisfying meal after a day at the lake. It's not always easy to find a taco truck that offers great value nearby, but this one definitely delivers. Food: 5/5

I've been to this restaurant twice when Google indicated it was open, but both times it was closed! According to their hours, they should be open on Sundays from 12 to 6, yet I arrived at 2 PM and found them closed. I'm really disappointed.

Wow! I just tried this restaurant, and it's definitely the best Mexican food I've had in Washington. The blend of flavors was amazing, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and was perfectly cooked. I can hardly wait to return! Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced! The customer service could use some improvement, but keep in mind it's a food truck. I also appreciated the small dining area, which has a nice atmosphere.

This is the best Mexican food we've discovered in the area! Our entire family enjoys it! My personal favorites are the carnitas burritos and nachos.
