Ambar Restaurante - Réservation de table

I felt pretty sick the night I went to Ambar and only had drinks and appetizers before I had to go. The experience, from reservation to departure, was high quality. Ambar is modern and looks more like a chic, large town house than a small restaurant in Colombia. The service was attentive. The crab wheels appetizer was delicious, rich and served with bread for diving. The cocktail de la casa was dirst-quenching. I'm looking forward to returning. Based on my little sampling, this place is full of taste and class.

Ok quality, the meat balls are good but the corn soup was way too sweet for us to eat. The beef bourguignon was simple, the sauce was quite sweet too, making the dish feel overwhelmingly sweet as the vegetables are caramelized as well. Réservez une table maintenant

The soup (crema de maíz) is probably the best I ever had in Colombia. Food is super tasty with great presentation. Just waited a while before we had... so don't come here super hungry!

Beautiful ambience great attention to detail and pretty good prices the food WAS completely amazing and the cook and the staff very attentive I recommend visiting it there
