1 star is giving this place more than they deserve called at 10.15 for a delivery last night was told too late when asked what time theyre deliverys stopped was told 10.30pm when mentioned its only 10.15pm got hung up on then phone not answered after that. i thought would give them one more try as aparently food meant to be ok so ordered a delivery tonight at 9.15m which didnt arrive till 10.45pm which isnt really acceptable in my eyes but ok my food had arrived when opened up i had a chicken curry with chips in the same tray alike a kids portion instead of the chicken curry with fried rice i had ordered and paid full money for and 2 tiny spring rolls in the other box instead of rice which t...

Ordered the Special Chop Suey. Not had Special Chop Suey for years, so decided on a change. Wish I hadn't! Everything in the dish appeared to be boiled and tasteless. The chicken was a very soft unlike chicken texture! Nothing was fried in a wok as far as I could tell. The onions even boiled and everything was of a slimy texture. I am assuming some dishes are bought in and thrown into a microwave to heat them up? I will order my Chop Suey from the Canton where I got it from years ago, next time!

Chicken hack suey ordered, asked her to make sure that there are bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and mushrooms in him as it is not the last time. They said, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts are not standard but mushrooms are. never had a chiff suey that did not have this article as standard. paid extra to add them. I ordered home and no mushrooms again! not good enough.

Phone a meal to be delivered after an hour the delivered with no sauce, phoned to complain they said they would send a new meal with sauce after an hour and a half still waiting for the replacement been over 2 1/2 hours just phoned up and cancelled won’t be phoning again ……….

Asked for delivery 1hr later phoned to ask were it was .was told they thought it was pick up .chips cold, curry sauce congealed,chicken balls soggy all in all rotten. and she told me it would be cooked fresh obviously wasn't.

Just wondering when did you change the frying oil?last Christmas????disgusting chips and ribs God knows since when you kept them.would you give this high quality food to yr family too?Even one star is too much .
