The ingredients used were of very poor quality—tomatoes, dried spices, and processed cheese—which led to a soggy crust that resembled bread more than traditional pizza dough. The pizza was overly seasoned with dried spices. The New York cheesecake appeared to be store-bought, not homemade. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the overpriced food and its substandard quality. There was a clear lack of pride in both the service and the product.
The large pizzas are great value for the price. While they may not be as inexpensive as smaller options, the fast and friendly customer service, along with the fresh dough made every morning, more than compensates for it. I encourage you to stop by and see for yourself. If you're looking for pizza near Amecis, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Great pizza and calzones and the delivery was much faster than estimated. I wish I could have tipped better. It was the perfect dinner after a four hour drive into town and playing in the pool.
