However, there were a few areas that could use some attention; we noticed some mildew near the shower fan, and the outdoor wood framing around the patio doors could do with some sanding and repainting. Overall, though, the experience was wonderful. We struggled a bit with the TV and the room phones, ultimately relying on our cellphones to contact reception. Unfortunately, we discovered there was no coffee creamer left for us. On the positive side, it was nice to have glass wine glasses and real coffee mugs, which we really appreciated. Jeremy made our experience even more special with his exceptional service. He went above and beyond with his recommendations for drinks and food, handling multiple tables with a cheerful and efficient demeanor. Breakfast was decent, considering the limited options due to staff shortages. However, Heather was wonderful—very friendly and patient with our many requests for extra milk, tea, coffee, and so on.
