I used to come here twice a week , getting a bowl. Lately what I realize is the portion of it getting smaller and smaller. Not only me but also my friends say the same thing.The workers acting so stingy somehow and they just add one spoon of meat which isunbeliavable. Not bad for a fast service place. I did not particularly enjoy my burrito. Other reviews say it was too greasy, however, this burrito was very dry and made with the most amount of rice least amount of grilled chicken I have ever seen placed in a burrito. You may benefit from asking for half rice. The sour cream was awkwardly clumped indicating it began to curdle. As milk products age, the acidity increases and when mixed with something hot, or something containing more acid, tannin, or bacteria, the milk product curdles. Fresher milk products are a must. Prices were reasonable and the servers were friendly.
I just ordered on Uber eats and ordered a steak salad from Amelias taqueria and they sent it to me with no steak and also no dressing. I called to talk about this and the first person I spoke to told me they couldnt find my order number and then thesecond person I spoke to found my order, told me they would check and see what was wrong and they then hung up on me and Icalled back a few times. No answer. So rude, such a waste of money. Overall really frustrating experience. Do not waste yourmoney here.
Amelia's Taqueria has a new employee who is quite rude and consistently under-ports the meat in orders. While the other staff are friendly and get the orders right, this woman who hired them is completely unprofessional. She lacks any customer service skills and is the only one who misinterprets orders. She usually works in the afternoons. I understand prices have increased, but that doesn't justify paying $14 for just three pieces of meat!

This place has a new employer that act very rude and don't put the correct quantity of meat on the orders! Other employers are so nice and made the orders correctly, but the lady they hired is a complete joke! No costumer service and she's the only whogive the orders miserably! She's there regularly on the afternoon! I know everything is going up but that's no excuse to charge$14 for 3 pieces of meat!
I 've been a customer for the past 2 years, and am shocked by how miserable the portions are now. I had asked for a little more steak, only to be told that costs extra . Bless the employee that allowed it, but the employee making my burrito was meanmugging me from then on out and gave me small portions of everything else. Go ahead and blame supply chain, but this kind oftreatment loses you customers.
