I used to come here twice a week , getting a bowl. Lately what I realize is the portion of it getting smaller and smaller. Not only me but also my friends say the same thing.The workers acting so stingy somehow and they just add one spoon of meat which is unbeliavable. This place was not like that , it was my favorite but it seems I will look for other places anymore. Definitely not worth what you get for the money you pay. Edit: I definitely understand your point , and you are so right about the expenses you are making. But still , a small spoon of meat is like almost no meat in the bowl. I just ordered Uber to eat and ordered a steak salad from Amelias taqueria and they sent it to me without steak and also without dressing. I called to talk about it, and the first person I spoke to told me that they cannot find my order number, and then the second person I spoke to find my order, told me they would check and see what was wrong and then hanged on me and I called back a few times. No answer. So rude, such a waste of money. Overall really frustrating experience. Don't waste your money here.
This place has a new employer who is very rude and does not place the right amount of meat on orders! Other employers are so nice and have made the orders right, but the woman who hired them is a full joke! No costumer service and she's the only one who misunderstood the orders! She's here regularly in the afternoon! I know everything's up, but that's not an apology for $14 for 3 pieces of meat!
I've been a customer in the last two years and I'm shocked how miserable the parts are now. I had asked for a little more steak to just say that costs extra. Bless the employees who allowed, but the employee who made my burrito was mean to embrace me from there and gave me small portions of everything else. Go ahead and debt supply chain, but this type of treatment will lose you customers.
